1. Eligibility for Refunds

   • Refunds are available for items returned in their original condition within 14 days of delivery.
   • Any items damaged after delivery, not in original condition, or with missing parts may only be eligible for partial refunds.

2. Non-Refundable Items
   

   We offer 2 days return if the product is damaged or defective.

   Approved refund will be credited to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

   Exchange/Replacement deliveries will be done within 5-7 Business days.

3. Return Process

   • To initiate a refund, please contact us with your order details and reason for the return.
   • We will provide instructions for returning the item and process your refund once the return is received and inspected.

4. Refund Timeline

   • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.

5. Shipping Costs
