All items are carefully packed using stiffeners and bubble wrap for maximum protection.

Orders are shipped via Shree Maruti Courier. If your area is not serviceable by them, we will ship via India Post instead.

We usually dispatch orders within 2 to 3 working days of receiving them. However, occasional delays may occur — we appreciate your patience in such cases.

Foreign customers: Please email us your order (with SKU details). We’ll respond with shipping charges.

We ship internationally via Registered Air Mail (India Post) and provide a Tracking Number. Please note:

Tracking is available only until the package leaves India.

Once shipped, we have no control over customs or delays in your country.

We are not liable for lost or delayed packages once they leave India.

That said, based on our vast experience, we’ve rarely faced any issues with India Post.

Returns & Cancellations

No returns are accepted for brand-new, sealed items.

We take great care in grading and quality checks, so returns are seldom required.

In rare cases where there is a genuine human error on our part, we will consider return requests.

Grading Guidelines – Vinyl & CD
At Shah Music Centre, we follow a standard grading system to describe the condition of our Vinyl Records and CDs. We do our best to grade accurately and honestly. Please note: These grades are guidelines — we’re here to enjoy the music, not nitpick!
🎵 Mint (M)
Vinyl:
Absolutely perfect in every way. Never played — may even still be factory sealed.
CD:
Perfect, no scuffs or scratches. Possibly unplayed or still sealed.
Packaging (Insert/Inlay/Booklet/Sleeve/Digipak): Flawless, like new.
🎶 Near Mint (NM or M-)
Vinyl:
Almost perfect. Likely unplayed or played once with care.
No signs of wear, scratches, or damage. Sleeves/posters/lyric sheets should also be in top condition.
CD:
Very close to mint. May have been played but handled with great care.
Packaging may show the slightest signs of handling only.
👍 Very Good Plus (VG+)
Vinyl:
Shows light signs of use — minor scuffs or cosmetic marks.
Some background noise in quieter parts may be present, but playback is still enjoyable.
Sleeves may show minor wear or slight corner bends.
CD:
A few light marks or scratches. Played but treated respectfully.
Inserts may have small signs of handling, slight wear, or minor indentations.
✅ Very Good (VG)
Vinyl:
Noticeable surface wear, scuffs, or scratches.
Surface noise will be more apparent, especially in quieter sections.
Covers may have writing, tape, or minor tears – but still intact.
CD:
Several noticeable scratches or scuffs, but still plays without issues.
Inserts may have tears, marks, fading, or minor writing.
⚠️ Good (G) / Good Plus (G+)
Vinyl:
Well-played. Will have heavy wear, ticks, surface noise, and visible scratches.
Covers may have seam splits, tape, ring wear, or heavy damage — but still functional.
CD:
Heavily used, with many scratches, though still playable.
Inserts may be torn, marked, or significantly worn.
